I've taken an interest in technology since receiving my first computer for Christmas at age 10, complete with a free trial version of AOL 3.0. Playing games, downloading music, and perusing the Internet for hilarious videos like "The Hamster Dance" evolved into a hobby of creating my own content - music, videos, written stories - and eventually into creating my own applications - games, websites, and simple programs. Through the Media/Information Studies program at MSU, with a specialization in IT, I was able to solidify my technological skills and expand my capabilities to new, exciting heights with game design, web development, and programming courses. As a full-time front-end developer for 6+ years, I've witnessed tremendous changes in the way we use technology and consume content, and am as excited now as much as ever to play a role in creative and innovative ways of transforming the web.
